Kitchens are the “heart and soul” of your home. Kitchens should be functional and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Clean and free of clutter. There are so many selections that many people are not aware of that can be added when ordering new cabinets or added later where possible to existing cabinets. These items will make your life easier and more streamline and only you will know because most of these are behind “CLOSED DOORS”
Here are just a few for your review and knowledge.
Sweep up your crumbs into a working suction vacuum built right into the toe kick
Surprise…lots of empty space for drawers in toe kicks and all you do is use your toe to open as this is a touch latch opener.
Convenient pullouts at eye level for easy access. Use shorter end drawers for “junk drawers” cause we all have them.
Built-in cabinet pantry with french door style opening and full extension pullout drawers
Use end panel to create an inside chalk/erase board, cork board, key holder and organizer.
Spice rack pullouts for the most easiest convenience ever as they are right where you use them.
Pullouts and drawer storage are so convenient. Trash pullout, lower storage pullout and drawer pullout with full extension glides and easy on the back. No more stooping.
Easy glides with full depth extension also some can have double stack interior drawer to keep organized with dividers.
Hidden Ironing board with desk and organizational unit.
Drawers are better than doors on the bottom cabinets. No bending and searching. These have dividers for plates and cookware.
I am not sure what this designer person or homeowner was thinking…..could you not make up your mind on the direction of this room?
I was viewing some photos online and my attention stopped when I ran across these few rooms. I believe they are very opulent and well done
This butler pantry is absolutely beautiful. It’s a fabulous lacquer finish on the walls and cabinets, the color is amazing, the ceiling is perfect with black and gold hand painted stars and the white china pops.
Butler’s pantry dream
Many of you have a bit of a “collecting ” in us… but what do you do with it? Do you buy it and put it away or do you display it to share with your friends?
I would use the most favorite pieces of your special interest collection and put them as a group in a focal point of your home. What I would not do is put a little here and a little there all over. You want your display to look well thought out and not jumbled up.
In order to do this, I would lay them out on the floor if you are choosing to hang on the walls and play with the grouping before hanging them. If you are just using a surface to display or a cabinet, of course you can also move those items much easier to get it just right so everything is well balanced and shown perfectly.
Here are a few photos to give you some ideas of pretty displays of collections. If you have any questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
